Part-time administrative assistant to an investment advisor
Job description
Main Responsibilities
Support the investment advisor in general administrative duties in the management of client accounts
Booking appointments
Verification of documents
Request information and documentation from clients in order to open accounts and keep client files up to date
Follow up on clients to ensure proper settlement and delivery
Skills required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to complete a high volume of work within deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Good problem-solving skills
Experience writing and delivering communications
Ability to work with little supervision and the ability to take initiative
Strong attention to detail
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that will come across as professional, warm, and friendly to our clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English (in order to serve French and English-speaking clients in the Québec/Ontario market)
Weekly Hours: 18
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20,000.00 per year
